Dr. Zaharie received her Masters Degree in Biology in 1990 & a Doctor in Dental Surgery (DDS) from University of Antioquia, Colombia in 1995. She received a second Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the Advanced Standing Program at Pittsburgh University’s School of Dental Medicine in Pennsylvania in 2004. Also in 2004, she was awarded “The Essay of the Year” from the ASDA (American Society of Dental Anesthesia).
