Dr. Luo graduated from the University of California, School of Dentistry. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology, a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Washington. Dr. Luo completed an AEGD (Advanced Education in General Dentistry) residency that had a heavy emphasis on dental implants, fixed and removable dental prosthetics, restorative dentistry, and comprehensive treatment planning. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Luo has a passion for holistic dentistry, the interplay between oral and systemic health, and for helping patients of all ages attain better oral health. Dr. Luo enjoys volunteering with Mission of Mercy projects that donate free dental care for the less fortunate.
